Shipping

Shipping within EU are included in the prices shown on the website. Shipping outside EU will be added in checkout and vary from country to country. We use Postnord, DAO or Bring when shipping within Denmark and Postnord in the rest of the world.

Delivery time in Denmark

We only ship orders once a week, on Tuesdays.

The average waiting time before receiving your product is 2-4 working days. Please note the estimated shipping time are from the next coming Tuesday from the date your order is placed. If the shipment is delayed, you will be informed accordingly.

Shipping outside Denmark

We only ship orders once a week, on Tuesdays.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from Postnord to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited Denmark.

Packages undeliverable by Postnord and/or their international shipping partners will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed.

United Kingdom

Due to the current Brexit situation, we are not able to ship packages to the United Kingdom.

Packaging

We carefully package the artwork in a hardcover envelope to ensure the artwork will have a safe journey to you.

Please let us know immediately if you have received a damaged package.

Returns

As a consumer you have 14 days to cancel your order when you shop with us.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your artwork.

The deadline means that you have 14 days, from receiving your item, to let us know that you regret your purchase. Please send an email to pvd@phucvandang.com and we will apply with a return form you will have to print and include in the return package. You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.

Cancellation of a part of the purchase

If you have purchased several artworks, you have the option to return one or more artworks, even if they were purchased in one order.

Please note that you will not receive shipping costs if you cancel part of your purchase.

Returns

When you tell us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us.

You have to pay for the return of the package yourself, and it is you who is liable if any damage occurs during transport.

Some items cannot be returned by regular mail. This applies to original works of art that have been delivered by carrier.

When returning an international order we will deduct additional costs due to toll or taxes, that may apply, from the refunded amount, in order to cover this expense.

The condition of the item when you return it

If the item has lost value due to you using it in a way other than what was needed to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item, you can only recover a portion of the purchase price. The amount you are returned depends on the trade value of the product, and in some cases it may mean that you can only recover the shipping costs.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you cancel your purchase, your money will be returned. This will happen within 14 days starting from the day we receive your message that you wish to cancel the agreement. If the item is impaired, we will deduct the amount you are liable for. We will refund the money with the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We can withhold payment until we receive the item, unless you send us documentation of it being returned.

Warranty

When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Purchase Act apply to goods purchased. This means that you have a right to complain for 24 months. Please contact us before shipping. If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, money back or a discount in price, depending on the specific situation.

You must advertise within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the error. If you advertise within two months after the error is detected, the complaint will always be timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will reimburse your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Also, remember to get a shipping receipt, so we can reimburse your shipping costs. When returning the item, please include a detailed description of the problem.

Privacy Policy

We need the following information when you shop with us:

Name, address, phone number and email address.

We record and disclose the personal information needed to deliver the item to you.

The personal data is registered with Phuc Van Dang, and is stored for five years, after which the information is deleted. We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. Companies only process information on our behalf, and may not use it for their own purposes. We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection.

You have the right to know what information we process about you. If you believe the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we have a duty to delete your personal data if you request it. For example if your data is no longer needed for the purpose for which we were going to use it.
